Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Conditions for return

The item is unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
You can provide proof of purchase (order number).
For health, safety and legal reasons, certain items (including opened or consumable products) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to start a return

Email support@amberau.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping

Unless the item was faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
