Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This policy explains how and when your order is dispatched and delivered.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch & carriers

We ship with Australia Post or another trusted courier, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you.

Delivery estimates

Metro areas: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Regional / remote areas: approximately 5–10 business days.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier volumes, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Free shipping applies to orders over AUD 99. For other orders, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging.

Tracking

You can follow your parcel using the tracking number in your dispatch email. See our Tracking Order page for details.

Incorrect addresses & failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be re-sent once any additional postage is paid.
